Hassan Butt, aged 30, serves as the executive director, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Butt holds comprehensive responsibilities for the strategic planning, positioning, and management of the Group. He is one of the founding members and has been with the Group since 2026. Before his current role, Mr. Butt led the research and development for a SaaS company, a provider of marketing services and telecommunication products in United Kingdom. Furthermore, he is a senior director of AS, which holds shares in the Company that must be disclosed to the Company in accordance with Divisions 2 and 3 of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance. Mr. Butt also acts as a director for several subsidiaries of the Company.
